How to remove add ons?

On my app it says tnt sports cannot be removed! I don't want it and don't want to pay for it, how do I delete it please?

Are you aware if it could be an Inclusive Extra?

Please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be able to remove this for you.

That add-ons which I had put mistakenly unlimited one 31.99 pounds one so can you please remove that one from my bill because on Friday my direct debit will go please sort my issue

We have no account access here on the community so unable to remove add-ons on your behalf.

You can remove them within your EE account online, if this option does not appear then please give us a call on 150.
