When I try and purchase additional data I get a message (403 forbidden)

Does anyone else have this issue and if so, how do you resolve it ?

At the moment, I can't see how I can purchase additional time !

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies and trying again please?

What device are you trying to clear cache and cookies on?

I received a text yesterday saying I had used all my data and it had a link but that comes up with a forbidden message.

I similar issue was raised in the EE community which days to delete all cache/cookies!

Not sure what that is?

When I go into the app to get more data it shows as anything from 250mb to unlimited but only had reoccurring offers which I don't want, just want to add more data to cover me until my new allowance starts.
