Problen redeeming voucher

Tried to redeem my voucher for my free buds3 silver and was told that this voucher isn't for the item

@BEAN84  if you’re claiming for a free gift that was a promotion with your phone then you go to the manufacturers website to make that claim you don’t receive a voucher to make that claim.

With this offer, if you purchased an S25 series handset between the 22nd of January and the 6th of February, you should receive an initial confirmation message after receiving your phone that you are eligible for the offer. 

Following this, you will then get a second text with the actual redemption code itself.
