Prepaid card

Hi.

Is there anyway to find out if I will be getting the prepaid card ..I ordered a Samsung galaxy s22+ which I received on 15.11.22. I was billed on the same date and paid my 1st bill on the 23rd which seemed really early but still...haven't heard anything about this card although the offer was on as that influenced my purchase. I tried online chat who told me to email eerewards who replied that they are just the partners and don't have details.

Is there anyone I can contact as I'm worried I have been overlooked.

You'll receive a text to redeem your digital pre-paid card 15-30 days after receiving your phone.

If you would like to check you are eligible and this is set up for you, please call us on 150.
