Hi, I upgraded my phone on the 1/1/23 to a Samsung s22. I used a discount code I had via my discount for teachers account.
It gave me money off my bill, there was also a deal on at Christmas for the Chromebook, (via EE website) which I received no problem but also a pre paid card which was advertised along with the code on the teachers website.
I still haven't received my pre paid card or any form of link for this. I've spoken to Discount for Teacher's website as this is where I initially thought the card would come from. They advised me to get in touch with EE. I spoke to EE rewards team , who said they can't help until EE themselves forward my details onto them. They said I need to speak to someone for them to fill in an Internal Web Escalation form. They apparently done this, but yet again I never heard anything from it. So yet again I've tried to contact EE, they are now saying that any promotions on the teacher website are nothing to do with them and I need to contact the Teacher website for them to sort it. That my phone, the s22, wasnt in the deal. There were no specific terms and conditions on the website stating which phones were in it. Just that i could upgrade. I'm getting passed from one site to another, nobody seems to know anything, which is ridiculous.
