A few weeks ago I got the Samsung galaxy s22 plus . I was sent a link to claim my pre paid card it wouldn't let me do it for some reason . I spoke to EE about it who said that I would get an email within 5 days . Its been a week and still no joy . As a yone else had the same issue ?
