I am trying to upgrade and whenever I put the discount code for 20% off my contract, I get the coupon cannot be used message. This applies to both EE perks codes and Student Beans codes. The codes were accepted last month, but now they are not

Welcome to the community.
Could you try a different device or browser please? Please disconnect from any VPN services before adding the codes, as this can affect them being recognised.

Hi Chris,
I've tried using my phone browser, tried my work computer and tried my personal computer/laptop, and none seem to work. I've tried with different combination of contracts - both more and less than my current contract also.

If you give us a call on 150 our mobile care team can help you with the upgrade as an EE Perk discount can be applied over the phone when you upgrade.
