Perk code not working

Hi All,

 

Was wondering if you can help me. I am trying to purchase a sim only deal and have generated two different perks code using my companies email address however when I am on the website it comes up that these codes are not valid.

The plans themselves are not on any kind of deal and I have tried on different browsers and deals.

I’ve also tried to call EE several times and it says they cannot connect the call at the moment and to call back later.

any help would be appreciated

yes I got the codes from the perks portal and I am ordering a new sim only package.

Does the SIM plan have a 12 month contract or longer? @AllenCastle

It was twelve months but I have tried 24 months as well.

I have tried calling multiple times but it keeps saying there has been a problem and to call back. This is been like this for some time now.

Can you try from another phone? You can also visit an EE Store and they will be happy to help. 

Just to let you know, as long as the plan is not on offer, discounted and more than a 12 month contract you can add the perk code by calling within 30 days.
