I have purchased at different times, consoles for my family on the Ee add on Accessories. In the description of purchase, says I'm entitled to (upto) 20% discount which I've never received. I've also just done some searches on here via 'help' saying I should of received PS5 and Nintendo online pass access vouchers which I never have gotten. Advise please.. X

@cr51tee   The 20% discount was a voucher and that voucher was for a limited number of items and it definitely cannot be applied to a games console.  ( I thought that voucher had been drop).    Care to share a link to what you’ve been reading? 

Depending on when you got the console will depend if you can still get that game pass.    You’ll need to call customer services.
