Not able to use perks discount

Hello

I recently tried to log onto my EE perks account to get a discount on a new phone and plan. There is no way I can access EE perks. It says my password is incorrect but won’t send me a new link to replace the password. So I cannot get into this discount program at all.

I then thought I will use my blue light card discount but every time I put in the code on an upgrade it won’t work, it comes up as invalid code. So the only way I can find to use the BLC discount card is by starting as a new customer! 
is this right? Why do I have to fill in all my details including direct debit details when I am already a customer! It seems that if you are a emergency services worker and already an EE customer you have to certainly earned your discount! Please make it simpler to claim any discount!

To access a discount code you must use the EE Perk Portal. 

I have sent you a private message to help you gain access to the discount.

I'm having the exact same issue and it's driving me insane.  They reset my account for me after a long chat online but then it still chucked me out and won't let me reset the password/fails to send emails .it's the most infuriating portal in the world. Did you sort it ? If so can you let me know how. Thanks x

What error message shows when you try and log into the perk portal? 

Did you register using the work email?
