Netflix smart benefit

I am about to upgrade to a sim only contract. I note the one i am interested in shows smart benefits which include Netflix. Can these be used on the TV, or just on mobile?  If they can be used on TV also, do I need to cancel my current Netflix account or will arrangements be made to transfer to EE?
