NHS perks getting nowhere

I posted a question last week as I am unable to get my NHS perks discount as I am having problems with the email and resetting my password. James on the forum answered me and said that someone would be in touch as he passed on my infor and I have heard nothing. I only have till 7th September to generate my discount code and need this sorting out asap. Please can this be resolved as a priority ?  It is very annoying and very poor service on the part of EE.
