I am becoming increasingly frustrated that I can’t log onto EE perks- I set it up 4 years ago to get NHS discount. Due an upgrade but can’t login with my NHS email address, try to reset password, no reset email received, tried again several times & still no email, not in junk mailbox, can’t re register as says I’ve already got an account. Going round in circles getting nowhere! What do I do now? Had the same issue in June 2020 at last upgrade and you kindly resolved it for me

I had the same issue last week I contacted customer services and they have submitted a form and put a message on my account so I dont lose out on my discount! Hope this helps 😀
