I have been reading the posts on the forums relating to NHS discounts... It would be nice to get a clear understanding of what it can and cannot be applied against....
I am due an upgrade and have attempted to apply a code but it is rejected. Fair enough i cannot use it on the Apple Watch, but surely i can on an iPhone 13 Pro? I read that it is not redeemable on 5G devices; is this still the case as that post was from 2020?
I have multiple devices with EE, so have the 10% multi-line discount - i can understand not getting an additional 20% off with NHS discount, but can i have the 20% instead of the 10% please? 😄
Left with a basket of devices here but i'm going to call in the am to make sure it is applied if possible - I've just done 12 months without it as the sales rep in store did not apply it correctly and was told i cannot add it mid contract even though it beinf dropped was no fault of ours...
....It's an overly complex world we live in....

Herein lies the likely issue, and solution.
You can't have multiple discounts, so you'll need to have the 10% removed to apply the 20% instead.
Whether you can do that, I am unsure - it's one for CS to answer as this is account-specific.
