International Package

Hello, 

We have an International Package for 1000 min  as an add-on, But I cannot find any Information on which countries are included and excluded form that. I could not find Information on my bill or in my account.  I found some fine print, but I am not sure if it is related to the plan I have  ( B Ess 100GB 36m) and it was conflicting with some other information I found.

Add-ons: 1000 mins Intl pack 

I need to know which countries are included to call without extra costs. (e.g. Switzerland is a tricky one to find out)

An International Package is for calling abroad from the UK. I can find no 1000 mins package neither for Small or Large Business nor Personal. However the 500 mins International Package for Business covers:

Countries included in 500 IDD minutes Inclusive Extra

Europe Zone: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Guernsey, Guadeloupe, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Islands, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Saint Martin, Saint Barthelemy, Vatican City,

Business Zone: USA, Canada, China, India, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey, US Virgin Islands.
