Inclusive extra

I havent received any information for my inclusive extra login ? 

I have asked for TNT on my extra but now no login details?

Welcome to the community.

When you first set it up as your inclusive extra, did you get a text message with a link to activate it?

No, I didn't recieve anything. My app doesn't work at all as saying that EE
is going through an upgrade and so I just used the Web browser to do my
upgrade for my sim only deal which I opted for TNT but then nothing has
come through.

Could you try closing the app and restarting it up please, @nikkyg25? Has your plan changed to the new SIM only plan?
