I havent received any information for my inclusive extra login ?
I have asked for TNT on my extra but now no login details?

Welcome to the community.
When you first set it up as your inclusive extra, did you get a text message with a link to activate it?

Could you try closing the app and restarting it up please, @nikkyg25? Has your plan changed to the new SIM only plan?
