I no longer have access to the email i used for perks. It wont let me re register with new email. Can you help please.

@Helenmesh   So you can not access your old email address,  you don’t say why but you are trying to setup with a new email address and it’ll not let you.   Have you changed jobs or something ?      
 
Are you entitled to a perk with your new email address?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes changed jobs still in nhs but now have different email.
