Having ordered a Galaxy S23 Ultra 6 weeks ago on the strength of receiving a Galaxy watch 6 as a "free" gift. I am still waiting for any confirmation of its existence.
I have spent well over 4 hours on the phone on various occasions to customer services and although they confirm that my order qualifies in every way they don't seem to be able to process the watch to the confirmation and despatch stage. I was even asked to ring Samsung directly myself who stated that they have nothing to do with processing orders or despaching the watches and that it's down to EE. Has anyone else had this issue as my patience is running out and I will escalate my claim if its not resolved quickly.

Hi @ljdouglas.
It will be 30 days from ordering, excluding weekends.
From your order date I would believe this to be by next Friday 3rd of November.

After posting on here an EE employee contacted me via messenger and resolved the issue very quickly. I now have the watch. After so many calls and messages I finally got the right person who knew how to resolve the problem. Please persevere and you will get there in the end.
