Full Works SIM - Trying to activate free TNT add-on

Hi,

Attempting to activate the free add-on included with the full works contract I get to the point where either by text or 'manage apps' the next step looks like it's going to start charging me the £20 per month.

I don't want the hassle of risking it charging and having to contact EE just to explain the obvious.

Any helpful EE techs able to help please ?

If you have the add-on showing as active in your EE app, please follow the advice in this article TNT Sports or HBO Max - read this first for getting set up 🙂
