Hello,
I recently upgraded to a phone contract and I had friends and family discount already on my account and therefore I upgraded. On my order it states that I have the discount but now it’s saying I don’t have it.
Apparently, the code doesn’t work on the new contract and I need support to getting this reapplied.
Please can someone help me?

Hey there you would be better of ringing up as no one as access to accounts on here as this is just public forum who try to help people with problems but like I said no one will have access to yre account on here
