My new S24 Ultra arrived a fortnight ago, but no news on the free headphones and smart tag.

Do they get posted or do you have to claim them somewhere?

Hiya, these need to be claimed withing 30 days of purchase from Samsung. You'll need a proof of purchase and your phones IMEI number. Claim them from here -----> https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/galaxylaunchoffer/en-GB/claim/get-started
