Fitness Plus 24 month

Recently bought an Apple Watch with the Fitness plus 24 month on plan. When I got Watch I added the fitness plus but it is now asking me to subscribe to access the services. Have contacted Apple with no help as told it’s an EE offer. Contacted Tech support who told me it was because I had to wait for the 14 day cooling off period to end. 
However I had access to all the services on app before so why has it now stopped. Tried redeeming offer again and says unable to redeem offer. Where do I go from here as now paying extra for something I can’t access??

@stuart75   Give it the 14 days like they say and then see where it’s at.    You shouldn’t have to wait 14 days at all as should be go to go the moment you get the watch.  Obviously you can not register again as it’s already register.

Right so what happens if after 14 days I still can’t access the services??
