Registered for perks and didn’t complete verification in time and now saying account deactivated, won’t let me reset password or set up new account as saying I already have one.
Please help

With the account being deactivated, to get the account reset will require our perk team. The quickest way is to give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can send off the request for you to the perk team. Alternatively you can also give us a PM with your details and we can send it off for you, though it may take a bit longer.
