Hi I have been requesting my ee perk account to be reset as it says deactivated. I have had no contact or follow up on this. Can you provide an update please?

I have been asking since 11/11/23 for my ee perk account to be reset and I am still waiting for this to be actioned. What is going on?. I was told several times this would be done.
