Ee perk account deactivated

Can someone help with my ee perk account ? It’s says deactivated and when I try and register again it won’t let me, I can’t log in and it won’t send me a new password link ??

I have the same issue.  I want to come back to EE after 4 years.  Perk account deactivated no one in the shop could help and x3 advisers when I called today.  Website useless.

Did you receive any emails from our perk team to re-validate the account? There should be a link to validate your details and activate the account.
