EE perks

I have used my personal email and ID for EE perks and verified my email but am now waiting for my ID to be looked at and verified, however it has now been 3 days. I can’t try again because when I log in the screen just says “waiting for ID to be verified and an email will be sent when it’s done”

 

what now?
