Hi,
I am due an upgrade. I have attempted multiple times to log into my EE perks to get my 20% discount code however every time this tells me my password is incorrect and I need to reset. I sent request a rest multiple times but have no received any email to do so. Please advise, as I have been attempting this for days now.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders?
If you've received nothing then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
