Hi I am really desperate for some help. Ive been into 2 EE stores spoke to many advisors who do not seem to know anything or point me in the right direction. Im trying to set up EE perks ive registered then tried to log in it says incorrect which it is not then i clicked forgotton password and it never sends me the email its just like a big circle with no outcome I dont understand why its so hard to get this code?!!!!! Does anyone know anything that can help please

If you are unable to add your perk account, I would suggest you ring customer service, if you have made sure that you put in the correct email.
Did you also check your junk/spam folder by any chance? It may have ended there.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
I have done all of the above and i still have not received any email,ive checked all my folders its been going on since ive joined EE a couple of weeks ago and ive still not got my code. Dont know what to do now
