I was contacted by EE regarding a new sim package, I was informed by the customer service that I needed to sign up to the EE perk system to gain a code. I registered with my personnel email and managed to set my work email address for verification.
I have now received the verification email to my work email however when I try to login to validate, I get an error message saying details not recognised. The details are defiantly right and I have even tried to reset my password but I do not get any reset email.

No I cannot, all I get is an error messaging saying your authorised token has expired.
