EE perk code not generating

Hello,

My company offers a discount on EE via the EE perk website. When i try to generate a code it gives me the message "Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative". 

The screen shows I have 3 discount codes left to us.

is there a way to fix this? A couple of my colleagues have also tried with theirs and get the same message.  I've tried different machines, my mobile, on/off VPN  - all come up with same error.

Since it's happening with a few of you, I'd recommend speaking to your HR/Benefits team.

ok, you've obviously never dealt with our HR team.  Doesn't matter I'll look elsewhere
