Hi,

I have upgraded my phone contract today and currently receive the 20% NHS discount. I have been told I cannot transfer this across and need to gain another code.

I have tried to login to EE perks website multiple times with possible email addresses and using the forgot password link but received no emails and can not login at all but it recognises my account.

Can someone please advise me on how I get this issue resolved so I can access my 20% discount or I will have to terminate the new upgrade contract.

Hi @93Reeves 

You can only use your discount when you take out a new contract or upgrade. If you've already done this you can't retrospectively implement a discount.

As for access you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Ive been told by EE I have 30 days from the new contract to give them a code for the 20% NHS Discount, thanks anyway.

Hi Guys,

I have recently moved police forces so my email address has changed but I am still eligible for the 20% Blue light discount. 

I have just taken a new contract with EE for the Iphone 14 but cannot access my Perks account to obtain a new code for the discount because i do not know the previous email that is linked with my Perk account. 

Can someone please help me, i need to give the code to EE before my contract starts or i will have to unfortunately cancel it.
