I've registered with EE Perks using my NHS email, but haven't received back the verification email to activate accordingly?

I've seen others having similar issues, what's the solution?

How long ago did you register? 

Have you checked your junk/spam email folders?

I registered on Monday (5th Sep 2022).

I did check junk/spam folders, and spoke to my IT dept - nothing quarantined.
