I received an email last week to verify my identity as it was 2 years since EE perks was setup, I can't login as it doesn't recognise my password and it won't let me reset password either
I have tried again this morning to be told the account is locked for 24hours as I've tried too many times...
please advise?

Are you using your work email to log in?
Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email?

Have you checked what the password needs to be and also this is not the same as your last password? @hmunro
