Hello,
My EE perks account has unfortunately been deactivated and I cannot see a user friendly way of reactivating this without using this forum. Please can someone advise how this can be reactivated ASAP? I see that many people have asked this question previously however all replies seem to signpost users to a private message.

This is exactly the same as me saying Account deactivated and unable to be completed in the time frame.
