EE Perk - not valid

Just upgrading and every time I apply the perk code to the voucher box it says sorry, voucher is not valid. 

any ideas?

Its an iPhone 13 we’re upgrading too.

Several of the plans in your screenshots are discounted in the summer sale. You'll need to pick a plan that has no discounts on the upfront or monthly costs to qualify for EE Perk discount.

There is no mention of any discount on any of it. Some of them say ‘save £60’ or whatever.. there is nothing on the plans I’ve selected. 

Am I supposed to just guess which ones are discounted?

I’ve just tried again with an discounted doro phone and it wouldn’t work on there either..

Hi @Bigrox,

Could you try generating a brand new code and let me know if you see the same issue when selecting a non-discounted plan?

Generated a new code. Tried various phones/plans and still not working. Only difference is the message is different (but the website has updated so that may have something to do with it). It now reads.. ‘Coupon is not applied due to invalid coupon code provided.’

I have the same problem. I need a new phone fairly quickly, so this is frustrating.
