EE Perk - not valid

Good afternoon,

Just upgrading and every time I apply the perk code to the voucher box it says sorry, voucher is not valid. 

any ideas?

Its an iPhone 13 we’re upgrading too.

Which plan are you choosing? Please make sure you're not connected to a VPN, it can affect recognising the code.

Apple iPhone 256gb. 

Have tried 2 different codes with various different plans. None seem to work. Smart iPhone plan/essential plan. It’s says ‘Sorry, that voucher’s not valid’. 

Not using a VPN.

Are the plans you're selecting already discounted in any way?

Are you taking advantage of an early upgrade offer?

Tried both discounted & none discounted. 

Not early upgrade, been due an upgrade since August 2021.

Please could you try clearing your web browsers cookies and cache and let me know if you see the same issue?
