EE Perk account deactivated

Good Morning, 

I have tried to login to my EE Perk account to access a 20% discount code. Unfortunately it says my account has been deactivated as the registration process was not completed in time. I have tried password reset , registering but nothing has worked so far.

Can anyone offer a solution please?
