Hi,
updated company email thru online chat but can’t access ee perks. I request a change of password but never received email.

hi Chris,
it says that the new email is not registered with ee perks even though the email address was updated this morning by an ee advisor

It just says my name and phone number are already registered with ee perks and that the new company email is not registered
