Users at my University are unable to receive a verification email which the EE site claims to have sent
This is not ending up in the SPAM or Junk folders
Exchange email support staff in IT are asking for the IP range of the EE sending servers so that we can whitelist these and so far have had no response from EE support or our account manager
can anyone offer any advice of who to contact
