I'm having a right kerfuffle trying to sort out an early upgrade on my account due to my EE perks account saying that its deactivated. There is no option to reactivate the account and I am unable to set up a new one (with an alternative work email address) as my name is already registered.
Can someone advise on how to reactive please so I can get a new phone contract sorted?
