I've had my new s22 plus for almost 3 weeks with no sign of the promised money card, I phoned EE to be told it might be because I purchased it in store? I was told quite clearly that I would be eligible?

A link should have been sent to the main line on your account for you to redeem your pre-paid digital card.
Please could I check what plan you are on and if you have any reoccurring discounts on your account?
