Didn't receive beats with my new Apple watch SE 2022

So I added an Apple watch SE 2022 to my contract and at the time of purchase it told me the watch comes with a set of Wireless beats earphones, I've received the watch but the Beats didn't arrive with it. Are they delivered separately or is this something I need to call up and rectify?

The Beats Flex will be sent to the account address 15-30 days after your receive the watch.
