Hi all . Ive paid for insurance but broke screen a fee weeks ago .
i dont want to have to call in but may have too .
the link to the insurance claim is not working at all and hasnt been for a couple of weeks ?
any ideas why .
before i have to sit in a que ??

It just says sever error .

This is still happening, considering my phone is damaged enough that I'm having to use google assistant to dial... not ideal.
