Can’t reset my NHS ee perks password

I can’t log in to my NHS ee perks, and my password won’t reset, how can I resolve this?

I have done it, I did it on my laptop instead of IPhone/IPad and it worked

Have you checked your spam/junk email folder? (If the email has been blocked before it reached your inbox, you may have to ask your IT team to allow external emails from EE)

 

Did you verify your email address when you first registered?

Yes checked Spam/junk nothing there, couldn’t say about verifying email, last used nhs perk 2 years ago, but must have done to get the discount

If the email hasn't arrived within 24 hours, please contact your IT support team to ask for emails from EE to be whitelisted.

I'm having the same problem, I cannot Log into the EE Perks Portal at all, continues to say my password is incorrect, I've requested to change this and I receive no email - not even in mu junk folder, but receive all other emails from EE. I have also tried using a different device, still no luck!!!
