I currently have BT Sports as a free add on  but when I go to upgrade my tablet its no longer offered. Does anyone know if this means I'll lose it if I upgrade. If it does I'll  not bother

@Dawn12   Yes you will loose it it only applies to that contract you currently have.

I've tried all morning to upgrade my tablet and it doesn't show. Only shows on phones. I'll not bother upgrading

I would recommend speaking with our technical care team who can try an account refresh and raise a ticket to escalate this further should it need to be done.
