BT Sport not working

So i recently cancelled a tablet sim that my BT sport was attached to, I then paid for BT Sport as an add on on the same account but it doesn't work.

I log into BT and the sports pack is there but when i log into EE it says System failure cannot show add ons.

BT Sport just says no active Subscription.

Any help getting this sorted is appreciated

Welcome to the community.

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account to make sure that the EE plan and BTID are recognising each other.
