Hi,

I'm texting 150 to get the big screen add on for BT Sport but all I get in response is this:

"We're sorry. To get free access to the BT Sport app you need to be on an EE pay monthly mobile, SIM only

I have a monthly contract and BT Sport as a Smart Benefit and want to pay the  £5 to enable casting to large screen TV which I've had previously.

@Modmalc   Did you text SPORT to 150 ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes sorry it was a typo   should have read "texting SPORT to 150"
