Used to have no issues in watching BT Sports until I asked EE to temporary remove it, to have free Roaming abroad for 2 weeks.
Yesterday I asked EE to remove Roaming and reinstate my free BT Sports which I was told was done straight away. Tried to reconnect via TNT page that requested by BT ID and password which I did and received a PIN to verify. When used I was told there was nothing to reactivate. Checked my EE account online but could not find a BT Sport add on. So contacted EE again who confirmed BT Sport add on was there! They tried to connect me to their Tech Team but they did not respond. Sick of waiting 25 mins each time trying to connect to someone thro 150.
Can anyone please tell me how to open the BT padlocks on my BP Sports pages. Thank you
