Hi I am registered with EE perks for my Home Office discount. However it now says my account is deactivated due to not activating in the allocated time frame. When I try password reset it allows this to be done however when I login the same message about my account being deactivated. It won’t allow me to sign up again as says my work email is already in use. I am wanting to upgrade asap so I would like to be able to access my code for my discount again. Please can you assist? Thank you.

I am also having the same problem . I’ve tried to reset and then it is saying my account has been deactivated . Is there anything that can be done?
