6 Month Free Apple Music

I have recently taken out a brand new contract with EE, I received a text saying I am entitled to 6 months free Apple Music. However, when I try to use the “joined through EE” option it says I am ineligible, and when I try to join normally it says 10.99 a month. Is a code required, or can you advise why it is not allowing me to activate my 6 months free.

 

I do have an existing paid Apple Music account, does it need to be a brand new account? and if so, how does that work with my email being linked?

Thanks for coming here. 

You’ll need to cancel your Apple Music subscription before you enjoy free membership with EE, you can cancel through the Apple Music app.
